Buy the full 72-hour Missouri course package
For a first Missouri salesperson license, plan for two course completions. The initial 48 hours prepare you for the licensing exam. The additional 24-hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course, or MREP, completes the education you need for your application. Colibri’s packages below list the combined 72 hours.
This matters when comparing tuition: a price for only the pre-exam course leaves another course to arrange. Here, the package decision is how much exam preparation and review support you want alongside the education.

Which Missouri package should you choose?
Exam Preparation is our starting recommendation if you want coursework and exam practice together. At the checked prices, it adds $60 to The Basics for simulated exams, flashcards and a readiness tracker. Use those tools to identify topics to revisit before booking your test.
Plus costs another $40 and adds live instructor Q&A and Exam Cram webinars. That is the useful upgrade if you learn faster by asking questions. Ultimate adds the printed textbook and career resources for another $70; choose it when you expect to use those extras.
Put Missouri’s application deadline on your calendar
The commission requires the license application within six months of completing the 48-hour pre-exam course. Plan your remaining education, examination and application around that date. Finishing the second course does not give you a fresh six-month window.
For study planning, 72 hours divided across 12 hours a week is six weeks of coursework. Add time for review and scheduling. That arithmetic is a planning example, not a promised completion time.
Does the course price cover getting licensed?
The package prices are school tuition. Keep the licensing examination, application and background-check costs in a separate budget. Our Missouri licensing cost breakdown covers the next expenses.
Keep both course-completion records together so the education portion of your application is ready when you pass the exam. Follow the Missouri real estate agent guide for the complete application and brokerage steps.
