Arkansas requires 60 hours of real estate education, including at least 30 hours of basic principles. Colibri’s packages cover the 60-hour prelicense course for a new salesperson.
Choose the package around how you want to study. All four options include coursework and instructor support. The higher tiers add review tools and resources, so your decision is how much help you want alongside the lessons.

Start with coursework and exam practice together
Exam Preparation adds $60 to The Basics at the checked prices. It includes simulated exams, flashcards and a readiness tracker. We recommend that level as a starting point if you want to identify weak topics before sitting the Arkansas examination.
Plus adds live Q&A and Exam Cram webinars for another $42. Ultimate adds printed study material and career resources for $66 more than Plus. Choose the live-review upgrade if you will make time to attend; choose the print upgrade if a textbook is part of your normal study routine.
Coordinate the course with AREC exam approval
The Arkansas Real Estate Commission requires an application and background-check information, then approval to sit for the examination. Keep your education completion record ready for that process. After passing the exam, the required license forms and fees must reach AREC within 90 days.
Plan study sessions you can maintain. Sixty hours spread across ten hours a week gives six weeks of coursework by arithmetic; allow more time for assessments, review and licensing arrangements. Check the package’s access period before choosing your start date.
Put the course into your startup budget
