  • Kansas Practice completes the application education

Choose a package covering both Kansas courses

For a first license, Kansas requires the 30-hour Principles of Real Estate course before the salesperson exam and a separate 30-hour Kansas Practice course for the license application. Colibri’s 60-hour package brings those two education components together.

That makes the package comparison more useful than comparing a single-course price with a complete bundle. Decide on your exam-review support after confirming that both required courses are included.

Choose how you will review after Principles

Exam Preparation costs $60 more than The Basics at the displayed promotion. The extra simulated exams, flashcards and readiness tracker can help you turn your Principles coursework into a focused exam-review plan.

Plus is another $42 for live Q&A and Exam Cram webinars. Consider that upgrade if you want to ask about concepts you have struggled with. Ultimate adds the printed textbook and career resources for another $66. The required course total stays the same across all four packages.

Kansas has a different clock for each course

The commission says the Principles course expires 12 months from its course date. For Kansas Practice, the commission must receive your application and course certificate within six months of the course date.

Put both dates on your calendar as you complete the courses. Plan the Practice course and application close enough together to keep that six-month window useful. The school’s online-access period is a separate purchase term to check at enrollment.

Move from education to your first brokerage

The Kansas real estate agent guide explains exam authorization, the background check and broker arrangements. Keep both education certificates with your application records.

For the financial plan, combine your selected tuition with the separate items in our Kansas licensing budget. A review package supplies study tools; licensing and testing charges remain separate expenses.
